May

Everything smells beautiful right now, and the landscape is so many different colors; leaf hasn't subsided to leaf yet, and blossoms are everywhere.

My apple tree has never been so graced with flowers before:

Beautiful. The flowers of 'mak chong,' the Asian pear-apple, look the same. They bloom in north Laos during Feb, and when the petals fall, it looks like snow.

Just now a wind came up, and it was doing the same thing here!

Asian pears are delicious--I love their texture and juiciness.

There are signs of spring at the wildlife center too, and by that, I mean I posted a baby picture a few days ago.

I've been bad about reading my friends list--I'm behind several of your entries now. I hope to get there sooner than later....

I've been busy too, which is why I've posted so much lately.

LOL--sounds counterintuitive, but I know what you mean. Heading your way now.

Oh no! My deepest condolences--and empathy. We've had snow in May on occasion -_-

Beautiful! I love this part of spring where everything is turning green and then 'behold' the fruit trees exploding in a show of white or pink flowers.

Our apple tree is still dragging its feet, but most of the other fruit trees are blooming now, including the new ones we planted last year. :)

Late bloomers are a delight because it means you have blossoms after other trees have dropped theirs.
