(This tune is so beautiful it makes me ache: you can hear a bit of it if you go to CD Baby's website and search on Ensemble Galilei)

The sun came out on the morning walk--everything turned warm shades of gold and brown.

I thought of another thing to do about that stone wall, other than 叩いて 砕いて (tataite, kudaite--batter and beat and crush) and those other alternatives I was free associating about last night.

It would be... sit with your back to the wall, sunning yourself. This wall has become a support, not a barrier. And look at this... it turns out the wall is gone, and you're sitting beside a stream.

Actually, stone walls, like trains, remind me of dragons. Trains actually move; stone walls look like they could.

Thanks. I wrote that tune, and when I read your blog entry it touched me.

Oh! Well, I don't know how or if you will ever find this response to your comment, but your music is just lovely--I don't have words sufficient to describe how lucky I feel to have found your CD. It's a real gift to be able to create such beauty!
