3 1/3 cups flour (and extra for rolling and kneading)
1 1/3 tablespoons yeast
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon whole cumin seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2/3 cup plain, natural yoghurt
1 cup warm water
2 tablespoons melted butter
oil for pan
Sift flour into big bowl.
Add yeast, salt, seed.
Add yoghurt, water, butter.
Mix, then turn out and knead (I end up adding a fair amount of flour so it won't be sticky)
Let rise until doubled: 2-4 hours
Punch down, knead, divide into pieces.
Roll out each piece.
Brush oil on both sides*, cook in hot skillet.
*I never do this--instead I put the oil in the skillet. Se itsalouwelylife's suggestions, though.
