the transformation stump

You seem to live in a...high energy transformational zone.
I'm terrified for you.
Oh, well--you learn to deal with it.
Boy into squirrel. Crow into umbrella. Yipes.
Eek! But not any weirder than the rest of existence ;-)
::makes a enigmatic face::
so which one is the natural shape?
I lack a means of finding out, unfortunately. I need a touchstone or something.
Or the magic whistle, or song...
This made me shiver, because I have a feeling I could sing the song, almost. Almost.
With such powers of transmutation nearby, it might be worthwhile to leave several pounds of lead on the stump.
Proof! It *is* a magical stump. I wonder what would happen if I came and perched on it . . .
I agree with desert_sparrow. See about leaving lead on the stump, just in case. Or, perhaps, straw.
Now straw I even have! I have a bag of it, right by the back door. I'll try tomorrow.

Thank you *very much*--every bit helps.
I love how the squirrel turns into the healing angel.
Being a squirrel is the best way to experience climbing trees--maybe it helps him remember, when he's in boy form, how to go about it.

you're full of great news here :)
first of all...i'd like to try that stump myself. a peregrine falcon comes to mind :)
you've got me curious about Appleseed Records, and ghost music, and pirate folksinger....you better keep us filled in on all of this good Mystery!
thanks for the Walk for Hunger reminder....i donated a little inspiration for you and also hopefully for those to whom it will go to.
HUGS, bette.
Thank you so much Bette; I really appreciate it, and so will the people who benefit from your generosity.
I'll definitely keep you posted about (a) transformations, (b) any purchases made from Appleseed records (or further communications from same), and (c) any new videos from the singer in question.
And I'll post about the walk, too, when we finish :-)

You sure live in a Wonderland, dear lady! :) Keep your camera ready, the miracles will go on ...
:-D There's something about that stump!
This post made me laugh so hard. Perhaps I wouldn't have laughed quite so hard if I wasn't grossly sleep-deprived, but all the same, it was very funny.
YAY RAIN
I got a couple extra rain ponchos and umbrellas laid by--that's the best anti-rain magic I know.
Glad you liked the transformations :-)
Now if only my $1.00 bill would transform to $100.00.....
I set out straw, as jmeadows suggested, but, looking out my window, I still see only straw. *sigh*
He he he he he he! Which came first, the cat, the squirrel or RF? How come you have so many magical things?! The umbrella, the stump! geeze!
YOU in all of your stalking MADE A MUSIC VIDEO happen?! Wow.
Sorry about the rainy cold 20 mile walk of cold and rainy! I would donate, but you'd have to donate the money back to us! ;)
Well, it hasn't happened yet--but he said it was a good idea. .... :D
Save your pennies for now; one day when you have made a fortune through your art, you can donate :-)
LOVED that. And maybe now RF will transmogrify (you didnt' get the word right, but that's the ONLY word for it!) into Calvin, then Hobbes... Hope the weather improves for the Hungarian Walk!
Thank you! We have rain ponchos and umbrellas--maybe we can get teenybuffalo to each us some sea chanties; then we'll be all set.
I always knew cats had this sort of magic about them.
I love your magical stump :)
*dies* that stump is the coolest thing evar.
Come stand on it if you feel like a change :D
Man, when you say forest creatures, you sure aren't kidding. :P
That's right! There's a lot of forest spirit went into them.
